Listings and corrections

• Free listings may be created using publicly available business information.
• Businesses can request factual corrections or removal of a listing.
• Businesses are responsible for checking that information they supply is accurate and current.
• Businesses must have the rights to any images, text or logos they provide for publication.

Optional paid products

Available business products may include an English-Friendly Profile, Visibility Plan, AI Customer Assistant Add-On and Launch Visibility Offer.

Paid visibility does not guarantee traffic, leads, bookings or sales. Inclusion in seasonal guides occurs only where relevant and remains at editorial discretion.

AI Customer Assistant

The AI Customer Assistant provides general information from approved business information only. Customers should confirm important details directly with the business. It does not confirm appointments, orders or availability unless the business has separately confirmed them.

Commercial terms

Payment terms

Payment due before publication or campaign start. Monthly plans billed monthly in advance.

Cancellation terms

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Refund terms

One-off profile fees are non-refundable once the profile has been prepared or published. Launch offers are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
